In the perfect marriage of comedy and music, Suggs presented the winners of the Fosters Award (previously the Perrier award) this year to the two winning comedians:
Doctor Brown - for the main award, and
Daniel Simonsen - for the newcomers award.
We are especially thrilled for Daniel - it's well known that Daniel Simonsen blew us away at the Larmer Tree Festival where we also interviewed him. The sky's the limit for this hugely talented and intuitive man.
For Daniel to win a UK award when performing in a foreign language is close to miraculous and in itself a testament to his comic gift.
He's also an incredibly nice guy and has pefect manners.
