The Great Escape provides new and upcoming artists with a helpful platform on which to showcase themselves.

As well as musical talent The Great Escape also features key note speakers covering topics on different aspects of the music industry.
These include Billy Bragg who's programme will be offering advice to newcomers in the industry.

Moving on ...

Redfest have a superb line-up this year including Bastille headlining - busy year for them - and the likes of Sharks, Feed The Rhino, Turbowolf, Bury Tomorrow, James Cleaver Quintet and Gnarwovles.

Finally, we hear that LOSTALONE - who are on The Great Escape's line-up, are to play SXSW
Having licensed their album “I’m A UFO In This City” to The End Records for a US release of April 2nd, LostAlone - another busy band - will be making the trip from Derby, England to Austin, Texas to play two shows at SXSW. We think you all know what we think of LostAlone - here. Interview here. We wish them luck at SXSW and reckon they'll go down a storm.
